My recommendation, pack up your little sarcasm show and go back home. Unless you have something constructive to say please keep your elitist mouth shut for the sake of humanity.
The response totally ignores the main point, "your opinions are not well thought out," and hinges on the grammar criticism. The grammar criticism was not used as the main counterpoint, but only to complement it. This is just like when people mistakenly claim, "ad homeniem!!!!!!" It's only an ad hominem if the insult is used in place of an argument, not with it. "You're wrong because you're a jerk" is not acceptable. "You're wrong because of x, and you're a jerk," though rude, is actually making a valid point.
